Call Center Services Hiring Framework Agreement Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of call center services under framework agreement by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board from reputed bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on Active Taxpayers List of FBR and KPRA. Procurement requires submission of sealed bids along with 2% bid security of total quoted price. Bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS and manual submissions shall not be accepted. Technical and financial proposals along with scanned documents and CDR are mandatory through EPADS. Bid opening shall take place electronically in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Detailed specifications terms conditions and bid solicitation documents are available on EPADS portal. Procuring authority reserves rights in accordance with applicable procurement rules.
