Medicines Laboratory Stationery Medical Supplies Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement for local purchase of medicines, surgical and disposable items, laboratory kits and chemicals, stationery items, general store items, X-ray films and chemicals, dental materials, kits and items, bio-medical gases, and printing and publication materials for financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using single stage two envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded electronically through EPADS. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost is required for each procurement category. Successful bidder shall execute a contract and furnish performance guarantee equal to 5% of contract value.
