Medical Equipment Medicines Surgical Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of CSSD and laundry equipment, ICU, CCU, HDU, NICU and PICU equipment, medicines, surgical supplies and disposable medical items through national competitive bidding on DAP and DDP basis. Procurement shall follow a single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial bids. Interested bidders must obtain bidding documents against a non-refundable fee of Rs.5000 and provide bid security in the form of CDR or bank guarantee amounting to 2%. Vendors must provide current year OEM production certificates and valid NTN registration. Taxes shall be deducted according to government rules and bids may be rejected if firms are involved in disputes or submit conditional offers.
