Drugs Medicines Medical Devices Surgical Dressings Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of drugs medicines medical devices surgical dressings and related healthcare items for the financial year 2026-27. E-bids are invited from manufacturers sole agents and sole importers registered on E-PADS and with relevant registration and tax authorities. Procurement shall be conducted under single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Bidders shall provide bid security up to 2 percent of the estimated cost of quoted items in the prescribed forms. Technical and financial proposals must include both brand names and generic names. E-bids shall be submitted online through E-PADS and opened in the presence of bidder representatives. Bid validity is 180 days from opening. Hard copies are not required. Corrupt unreadable or incorrectly submitted electronic bids shall be rejected. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
