Hospital Supplies Equipment Services Framework Contract Tender Notice

Framework contracts for supply of IT equipment - transportation services - printing items - stationery items - general operation theatre items - cardiac general store items - miscellaneous general store items - physiotherapy items - local purchase day to day medicines and surgical disposable items - dialysis items - UHI medicines - biomedical gases and oxygen accessories - linen items - conventional and digital X-ray films - laboratory biochemistry items - laboratory hematology items - laboratory serology items - laboratory special chemistry items - laboratory miscellaneous consumables - dental items and minor civil repair works for financial year 2026-27. E-bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders include registered pharmacies with valid licenses and registered manufacturers authorized sales and service dealers having valid NTN GST and PRA registrations. All technical and financial bids shall be submitted on lot wise basis through E-PADS. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated cost of each lot is required in the form of CDR Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Samundri and original bid security must be submitted before opening of bids. Bid validity shall remain 120 days. Procurement documents are available free of cost through PPRA and E-PADS portals.
