Bulk Purchase Medical Devices Surgical Disposables Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for bulk purchase of medical devices and surgical disposable items for the financial year 2026-27 from manufacturers, importers and sole agents possessing established technical, financial and managerial capabilities. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using EPADS. Samples of quoted items shall be submitted on the day of tender opening. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items is required through prescribed financial instruments. Bid validity shall remain 270 days. A pre-bid meeting shall be held on 15 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Quantities may be adjusted according to funding availability and procurement requirements.
