Janitorial Services Provision Tender Notice
Description
Provision of janitorial services. Eligible bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax authorities possess valid professional tax clearance certificate for 2026-2027 and be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Tender documents are available through EPADS. Bidders are required to submit bids through EPADS and also submit hard copies in accordance with tender instructions. Tender document fee of PKR 2,500.00 is required through CDR bank draft demand draft or pay order. Bid security of PKR 150,000.00 is mandatory and must be submitted in original hard form and uploaded on EPADS. Bid validity is 90 days. Technical and financial proposals are required under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Pro Tip: Ensure EPADS submission and hard copy submission are both completed before the deadline.
