Cooked Food Medicines Miscellaneous Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of cooked food, medicines and miscellaneous items for prisoners on delivery to jail gate basis. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS in accordance with KPPRA requirements. Only bidders registered with KPPRA and EPADS are eligible to participate. Original Call Deposit Receipt equal to 2 percent of tender value is required before closing date and time. Bidders must not be blacklisted and must submit KPPRA, FBR, NTN, Sales Tax and Food Safety registration certificates including certificate under Section 15 of KPFSA and HFA Act 2014. Successful contractor shall provide performance guarantee equal to 8 percent of contract value in the form of bank guarantee. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS and opened online on the same day.
