Stationery Toners Food Miscellaneous Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Rate contract for supply and delivery of stationery items and toner cartridges, miscellaneous contingency items, and food raw materials for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through KP-EPADS under Rule 6(2)(a). Separate bids are required for each category and category-wise bids may also be submitted as specified in the bidding documents. Bid securities are Rs. 25,000 for stationery and toners, Rs. 25,000 for miscellaneous items, and Rs. 150,000 for food raw materials in the form of bank CDR. Sample submission is mandatory for categories relating to stationery, toners and miscellaneous items. Bids shall be submitted in sealed form addressed to the Director General and opened by the authorized committee on the same day. All applicable taxes and duties shall be deducted according to government rules. Pro Tip: Submit complete category-wise quotations with required samples and bid security to avoid rejection.
