Supply Medical Hospital Laboratory Items Tender Notice

Framework contracts for procurement of X-Ray films hangers fixtures developers radiology items - laboratory items - miscellaneous general store consumables - miscellaneous general store durable items - dental items - printing materials - stationery items and medical gases for the financial year 2026-27. Estimated package values include Rs.4 million for radiology items, Rs.9 million for laboratory items, Rs.8.6 million for general store consumables, Rs.9.7 million for general store durable items, Rs.2 million for dental items, Rs.3 million for printing materials, Rs.4.5 million for stationery items and Rs.4 million for medical gases. Bid security is required at 2% of the estimated cost of each package. Bidding documents may be downloaded free of cost from PPRA and E-PADS websites. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS and original bid security in the form of bank guarantee CDR pay order bank draft or call deposit must be submitted physically. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid submission deadline is 1:00 PM and opening time is 1:30 PM on the closing date. Pro Tip: Bidders should upload bids well before the deadline and ensure compliance with all E-PADS and PPRA requirements to avoid rejection.
