Supply Medicines Laboratory Hospital Items Tender Notice

Framework contracts for procurement of LP medicines and surgical items - blood sugar strips - biomedical gases - janitorial and laundry items - general store items - stationery items - printing items - X-ray films and accessories - inkjet X-ray films and printer supplies - linen items including bedding and clothing - IT items and toner refilling - transportation of medicines - clinical chemistry items - special chemistry items - HbA1c testing by HPLC method - serum electrolytes - coagulation profile items - serology items - phlebotomy items and CBC items for FY 2026-27. Total procurement includes multiple hospital diagnostic laboratory and support service requirements. Bid security/CDR is required for each lot as specified, ranging from Rs.10,000 to Rs.120,000. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Double Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bidding documents are available through EPADS and PPRA Punjab. All bidders must be registered with EPADS PPRA Punjab and are required to submit both technical and financial bids online through the EPADS portal. Partial quotations will not be accepted and bidders must quote rates for all items in their respective bids. Bids will be opened in the presence of participating bidders after the submission deadline. Pro Tip: Ensure EPADS registration is completed in advance and upload complete technical and financial proposals before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
