Annual framework contract for bulk purchase of drugs and medicines for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents are available free of cost through E-PADS and PPRA Punjab websites. Bidders must be manufacturers, importers or suppliers having good reputation and registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and other relevant authorities. An affidavit is required confirming that the bidder or its representative has not been blacklisted by the procuring agency or PPRA. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 20,138,600 shall be submitted in the form of Call Deposit Receipt in favor of the Medical Superintendent. Technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM. Taxes shall be deducted according to applicable government rules. Pro Tip: This procurement includes pharmaceutical products, medicines, drugs, healthcare supplies, medical inventory, hospital medicine procurement, bulk pharmaceutical purchasing and healthcare treatment products for institutional medical use.
