Petrophysics Laboratory Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laboratory equipment for the Petrophysics PG Department under Sindh HEC SLSP Grant. Bids are invited from experienced firms registered with Income Tax, GST, NTN and SRB. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope method containing both technical and financial proposals. Bidding documents shall be obtained and submitted through the SPPRA EPADS portal, and bidders are also required to submit hard copies of bidding documents and supporting eligibility documents. Bid security of Rs. 200,000 and non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 shall be submitted in the prescribed form. Bids received late, without bid security, tender fee, signature, stamp, required qualification documents, or containing conditions shall be rejected. Firms must provide an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted. Bid opening shall take place on 06-07-2026 at 03:00 PM. Completion period is 45 days.
