Outsourcing Engineering Support Staff Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of outsourced personnel including Civil Engineers (03 positions), Sub Engineers (03 positions) and Material Checkers (03 positions) for civil works projects across Punjab. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals electronically through EPADS. A bid security of 5 percent of estimated cost amounting to PKR 240,000 is required and scanned copy must be uploaded while original CDR must be submitted before bid closing time. Technical proposals will be opened first and financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened later. Bidders must possess valid NOC from Home Department, SECP certificate, active Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax registrations and relevant authorization documents. Firms must have experience in providing outsourced staff services. Minimum wage criteria shall be observed and services may be deployed anywhere in Punjab.
