Repair Maintenance Air Conditioners Refrigerators Tender Notice
Description
Provision of repair and maintenance services for air conditioners and refrigerators for financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited from firms possessing established technical, financial and managerial credentials. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately and financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders shall not be opened. Bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated price is required in the form of call deposit receipt in favour of Medical Superintendent Government Teaching Hospital Shahdara Lahore. Technical proposals shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
