Annual Medicines Hospital Supplies Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes local purchase of medicines, surgical items, laboratory reagents, chemicals, X-ray films of different sizes, liveries, PPE kits, COVID-19 items, medical gases, medicines under the Sehat Sahulat Program, food items for indoor patients, ORD store items, miscellaneous items, repair of vehicles with tyres and engine oil, stationery and printing items, repair and purchase of machinery, equipment, furniture, fixtures, medical, surgical and laboratory equipment, minor repair of hospital building, and waste management sewerage services for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed bids shall be submitted before the specified closing dates and opened on the same day at the prescribed times. Call deposits ranging from PKR 10,000 to PKR 400,000 are required according to each category. Bidders must submit an affidavit of non-blacklisting and no court cases, attested registration documents including Form C or PEC where applicable, previous supply completion certificate for FY 2025-2026, and meet locality requirements where specified.
