Security Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of security services through EPADS using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, KPRA, Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities and on the EPADS system. Bid security equal to 2% of the total bid value in the form of CDR or unconditional irrevocable bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank is mandatory and must be submitted separately before the deadline. Electronic bids only will be accepted and opened in the presence of authorized representatives.
