Event Management Firm Hospitality Summit Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of an event management firm for organizing the Islamabad Hospitality Summit. Electronic technical and financial proposals are invited through EPADS under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Eligible event management companies, firms and sole proprietors must be registered with PPRA on EPADS and NTN registered with FBR while meeting the eligibility and qualification criteria specified in the request for proposal. Proposals must be submitted electronically through EPADS and accompanied by a bid security of Rs.1.5 million in the form of Pay Order or CDR with the original submitted before the opening of proposals. Technical and financial proposals will be opened at 01:00 PM on the same day.
