Medicines Medical Hospital Supplies Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for day-to-day local purchase and emergency purchase of medicines, surgical and disposable items, dialysis supplies, X-ray films and radiology accessories, pathology and laboratory materials, miscellaneous general store items, dental items, printing material, stationery items and medical gases for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically through EPADS. Separate bidding shall be conducted for each package. Bids must be accompanied by 2% bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque, uploaded electronically and submitted physically before the deadline. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 A.M.
