Framework contracts are invited for procurement of Digital X-Ray Films - General Store Items - Linen Items - Uniforms for Hospital Employees - Stationery Items - Stationery Printing Items - Maintenance Items - Toners for Printers - Accessories of Equipment. Eligible bidders registered with e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS), relevant registration authorities and tax departments may participate. Bids shall be submitted online through E-PADS using the single stage two envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Electronic bids must be submitted online, while original bid security and original affidavits shall be submitted before the bid opening time. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Bid security shall be 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO) or Banker's Cheque. Bid validity shall remain 210 days from the date of opening. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the closing date. Corrupt, unreadable, virus-infected or incorrectly submitted bids shall be rejected and lot-wise bids will only be evaluated for the relevant lot. In case of an official holiday, bid opening shall take place on the next working day at the same time and venue.
