Medical District External Works Development Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification proposals are invited for execution of external works for the establishment of Nawaz Sharif Medical District comprising Children Hospital-II and the Institute of Genetics and Blood Diseases. The scope includes development of internal and external road infrastructure, emergency circulation roads, pedestrian walkways, landscape areas, utility infrastructure and public amenities required for the operational functionality of the healthcare campus. Applicants must possess PEC Category C-B or above. Proposals shall be submitted electronically through EPADS. Prequalification proposals must be submitted by 03:00 PM and will be opened at 03:30 PM on the same day. Manual submissions shall not be accepted. Pro Tip: This procurement covers hospital infrastructure, civil works, road construction, utility infrastructure, landscape development, pedestrian walkways, external development works and public infrastructure construction.
