Carry out architectural illumination of the National Assembly, Aiwan-e-Sadr, Prime Minister Secretariats and Supreme Court of Pakistan buildings located on Constitution Avenue, Islamabad. Bids shall be submitted under a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Bid security of 3,794,817.00 is required and bids shall remain valid for 90 days. Bid opening shall take place at 12:00 PM after bid submission.
