Medicines Sehat Sahulat Program Chitral Tender Notice
Description
Supply medicines for patients under the Sehat Sahulat Program for Medical Ward, Surgical Ward, Dialysis Unit, ENT and Eye Ward at District Headquarters Hospital Chitral Main Building and Gynae and Paeds Wards at Women and Children Hospital Jang Bazar Chitral. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Separate bids shall be submitted for each category. Eligible chemists and druggists must possess licences verified by the District Health Officer or Drug Inspector. Original call deposit of Rs.40,000 in favour of the Medical Superintendent shall be submitted before bid opening. The successful bidder shall be selected on the basis of the maximum discount rate offered. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Quoted rates shall remain valid up to 30-06-2027.
