General Items Consumables Procurement Kmuhrc Tender Notice
Description
Supply general items and consumables for the financial year 2026-27 under a framework contract. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 31-A of the KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible manufacturers, importers and authorized dealers must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS together with a scanned copy of the bid security while one hard copy of the technical bid and the original bid security equal to 2% of the bid value in the form of CDR in favour of the KMU Hospital Security Account shall be submitted before the submission deadline. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 29-06-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM after submission closes at 10:30 AM.
