Annual Contracts Food Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply food commodities including mutton dressed - beef dressed - red chillies powder - turmeric powder - frozen fish - bread for various units under annual contracts. Bids shall be submitted by GST and Income Tax registered firms. Offers for mutton and beef shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Delivery shall be arranged by suppliers at their own cost. Earnest money in the form of pay order shall accompany the technical quotation, otherwise bids shall not be entertained. Tender documents may be obtained during office hours and bids shall be opened after the closing time. Pro Tip: This procurement includes meat supply, frozen food, bakery products, spices, food commodities, institutional catering supplies and bulk food distribution for government establishments.
