Sports Material Supply Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Supply of sports material for the Directorate of Sports under a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Interested firms, authorized distributors, dealers and suppliers shall submit electronic bids through E-PADS. Estimated procurement cost is PKR 3,025,800 with bid security of PKR 60,516 in favour of Treasurer IUB. A copy of the bid security shall be uploaded on E-PADS and the original shall be submitted before the closing date. Rates shall be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and a paid professional tax challan shall be provided. The procuring agency may reject all bids prior to acceptance. In case of a public holiday, bid opening shall take place on the next working day.
