Procurement Of Laboratory Block Rehabilitation Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of items required for rehabilitation of laboratory block infrastructure at the LWMC Compost Plant Mehmood Booti with an estimated procurement value of PKR 19800000 and bid security of PKR 990000. National competitive bidding shall be conducted online through E-PADS using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 with the least cost selection method. Eligible bidders shall submit technical and financial bids electronically. Original bid security in hard copy shall be submitted to the LWMC Head Office before bid closing. Technical bids shall be opened online in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
