Auction Of Old Buildings And Demolition Debris Tender Notice
Description
Open auction of old buildings and demolition debris including staff colony quarters, hostel, principal residence and general manager residence. Tender documents are available during office hours against a non-refundable fee of PKR 2,000. Tender documents shall be submitted before the prescribed time and bids will be opened in the presence of bidders. A refundable CDR of PKR 275,000 along with a copy of the national identity card is mandatory as bid security. Successful bidder shall deposit 20% of the bid amount immediately and the remaining amount within seven days. The demolition work must commence within one week and be completed within one month, including removal of all debris and site clearance. The committee reserves the right to accept or reject any offer in whole or in part and institute employees are not eligible to participate.
