Framework Contract Office Supplies Repair Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement on a framework contract basis for hiring of services and purchase of stationery items, computer stationery, printing items, repair of government vehicles, purchase of vehicle spare parts, machinery items, miscellaneous items, lubricant items and office building repair for the financial year 2026-2027. Bidders must be registered for income tax and sales tax. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure shall be followed comprising technical and financial proposals inclusive of all taxes. Bid security equal to 3% of the total estimated cost is required in the form of Bank CDR or Pay Order. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value. The successful firm shall supply the required items and services up to 30-06-2027. The estimated procurement cost is Rs.20 million.
