Annual Auction Hospital Service Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Annual auction for service contracts for the financial year 2026-2027 including canteen, parking for motorcycles, cars and other vehicles, oxygen cylinder refilling and medicine services. Separate bidding shall be conducted for each contract. Interested bidders are required to deposit bid security in the form of CDR or bank deposit before participating in the auction. Tender fee is Rs.1,000 for each contract. Bid security amounts are Rs.10,000 for canteen, Rs.15,000 for parking, Rs.15,000 for oxygen cylinder refilling and Rs.40,000 for medicine. Auction is scheduled to be held at the office of the Medical Superintendent. If the auction cannot be held on the scheduled date, it will be reconvened on the revised date. Detailed terms, conditions and auction rules are available on the PPRA website and from the Medical Superintendent or Administration Office during office hours.
