Description
Procurement of medical and laboratory equipment, plant and machinery, repair of medical and laboratory equipment and repair of plant and machinery for Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology and NSCC Samli Murree through the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax departments. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price in the form of fresh CDR or Bank Guarantee is mandatory and the original instrument must be submitted before the closing time.
