Medicines Equipment Furniture General Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes medicines for first aid room, security equipment and accessories, hydraulic system repair and gate railing accessories, dog training aids, dog medicines, furniture items, uniform items with accessories and boots, printing material for drug abuse awareness, general items, printer toners with refilling, dog feed, stationery items and tentage with catering arrangements for various functions. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted with original bid security in hard copy before the submission deadline. Unit prices shall be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes and delivery shall be completed within seven days after issuance of purchase order.
