Stationery Printing Medical Supplies Equipment Accessories Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes purchase of stationery and computer stationery - printing materials - X-ray films - medical gases - biomedical equipment accessories for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible firms registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments may participate. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS). Authorized representatives shall submit the original call deposit to the Purchase Department before the prescribed time. Technical offers will be opened through E-PADS according to the announced schedule. Bid security shall be 2% of the total estimated cost of the quoted items and shall be refundable. Estimated tender values include Rs. 53,921,315, Rs. 14,110,953, Rs. 43,125,000, Rs. 649,729,200 and Rs. 132,797,023 for the respective procurements. This procurement covers office stationery, computer consumables, printing supplies, diagnostic X-ray films, medical gas supply, biomedical accessories, healthcare consumables and hospital equipment support items required for institutional operations.
