Cooked Food Miscellaneous Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of cooked food and miscellaneous items for prisoners during the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the E-PADS system. Eligible bidders must be registered with KPPRA, EPADS, FBR and possess National Tax Number, Sales Tax registration and certification from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Authority under Section 15 of the KPFS & HFA Act 2014. Bid security equal to 2% of the tender value in the form of original Call Deposit Receipt shall be submitted before the closing time and uploaded through EPADS. Contractors shall submit verified bank statements, audited financial statements for the previous three years and, upon award, furnish a performance guarantee equal to 8% of the contract value in the form of a bank guarantee. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 10:30 AM and opened at 11:00 AM. Supplies shall be delivered to the gate of Sub Jail Battagram.
