Student Kits Prospectus Handbooks Stationery Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of student kits, printing of prospectus, student handbooks and stationery. Procurement shall be conducted through SPPRA EPADS using the Single Stage One Envelope method. Tender fee is PKR 3,000 for each procurement. Bid security is PKR 197,800 for student kits, prospectus and handbooks and PKR 302,707 for stationery. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax, GST, NTN and SRB. Hard copies of bidding documents along with bid security and tender fee are required. Conditional bids, unsigned bids, late bids and bids without required documents shall be rejected. Bid opening will be held at 12:30 PM on the respective submission dates.
