Purchase Of Hematology Reagents Consumables And Controls Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for the purchase of Hematology (CBC) reagents on a reagent rental basis including consumables and controls for the fiscal year 2026-27. Registered firms with relevant authorities and tax departments may participate through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Estimated cost is PKR 5.721 million and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. E-bids in PDF format must be submitted electronically and the original bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank must be delivered before bid opening. Conditional bids will not be accepted. Affidavits confirming non-blacklisting and correctness of submitted information are mandatory. The procuring agency may increase the quantity up to 15% in accordance with PPRA Rules.
