Framework Contract For Hplc Reagents Consumables And Control Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for placement of High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) reagents on a reagent rental basis including consumables and controls with an estimated cost of PKR 11.919 million. Registered firms with relevant authorities and tax departments may participate through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. Complete e-bids in PDF format must be submitted online and the original CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank must be delivered before bid opening. Conditional bids will not be accepted. Affidavits regarding non-blacklisting and correctness of submitted information are mandatory. The procuring agency may increase the quantity up to 15% under PPRA Rules.
