Framework rate contract for the supply of clinical laboratory supplies including Rapid Diagnostic Kits/Devices - Clinical Lab Items (Vials, Racks and Cups) - Clinical Lab Reagents for Chemistry Analyzer - HbA1c Testing Reagents for HbA1c Analyzer - Hematology Test Reagents for Hematology Analyzer. Procurement is through open competitive single stage two envelope e-bidding using the Punjab E-Procurement (EP.Punjab) System. Eligible bidders must possess valid NTN, GST, PST, Professional Tax, active taxpayer status, no blacklisting, and legal authorization to conduct business in Punjab. The bidder must quote all items within the selected lot, otherwise the bid shall be rejected. Bid values are Rs. 4 Million, Rs. 1.6 Million, Rs. 5 Million, Rs. 2.5 Million and Rs. 1.8 Million with corresponding bid securities of Rs. 80,000, Rs. 32,000, Rs. 100,000, Rs. 50,000 and Rs. 36,000 respectively, with a grand total procurement value of Rs. 14.9 Million and total bid security of Rs. 298,000. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 20th July 2026 at 11:00 AM and bids will be opened at 11:00 AM after submission through the electronic procurement system.
