Supply Food Items Annual Urs Langar Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of food items for the 983rd Annual Urs of Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh for provision of Langar to pilgrims. The procurement includes pure desi ghee in 16 kg tin packing conforming to Punjab Food Authority standards (1,456 kg), banaspati ghee in 16 kg tin packing conforming to Punjab Food Authority standards (1,200 kg), local goat meat from goats weighing 11 to 13 kg (2,700 kg), premium pistachios (150 kg), premium American almonds (150 kg) and premium green cardamom (7.5 kg). Estimated costs and bid securities are PKR 4,368,000 with PKR 87,360 for desi ghee, PKR 900,000 with PKR 18,000 for banaspati ghee, PKR 8,640,000 with PKR 172,800 for goat meat, PKR 825,000 with PKR 16,500 for pistachios, PKR 555,000 with PKR 11,100 for almonds and PKR 120,000 with PKR 2,400 for green cardamom. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the undersigned. Bid security shall be deposited through online bank transfer using PSID and the paid slip must be attached with the tender documents. Applicable government taxes shall apply. The quality and weight of all items must be satisfactory and quantities may be increased or decreased as required. Goat meat shall be supplied fresh during the Urs in three consignments as required and weighed before the committee after slaughter at the designated location. Tender documents may be obtained from the office of the Zonal Administrator Auqaf Data Darbar Lahore during office hours. Extension, approval or cancellation of the tender shall be governed by PPRA Rules 2014.
