Customs Uniforms Accessories Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure uniforms for Customs Officers and Sepoys including shoes, badges and epaulettes with respective ranks through electronic bids submitted via EPADS v2.0 under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Bidders shall submit technical, qualification and financial information electronically. Technical proposals shall be evaluated and only bidders obtaining at least 70 out of 100 marks shall qualify as technically responsive. The contract shall be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder for the complete lot. Bid security of 120,000.00 is required. The procurement covers uniforms, shoes, badges, epaulettes, textile products and official clothing accessories using commonly recognized uniform supply terminology.
