Framework contract for procurement of office stationery, computer stationery, printing and publication, plant and machinery items, furniture and fixtures, IT equipment, computer hardware and software, tyres, mobil oil, filters, cleanliness items, electrical items, hot and cold weather items, entertainment and gift items, tents and tarpaulins, sports items, road safety items, feed and other store items, together with repair of plant and machinery, computer hardware, furniture, office buildings, other buildings, traffic offices, camp offices and transport. Procurement shall be conducted on a lot basis through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using the E-PADS portal. Separate bids are required for each lot. Bid security in the prescribed amount must accompany each bid in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Original bid security must be submitted before completion of the bid opening session. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments.
