Medical Laboratory Maintenance Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Online bids are invited through E-PADS for transportation of medicines and goods, purchase of vehicle spare parts and repair and maintenance of vehicles, repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment, purchase of laboratory chemicals, purchase of dental materials, purchase of bedding and clothing, petty repair of buildings and supply, filling and transportation of oxygen gas cylinders for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted under KP-PPRA Rules 2014 through the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically and accompanied by an original Call Deposit Receipt equal to 2% of the estimated cost of each item. Goods shall be delivered to the Main Store of the District Health Office on F.O.R. basis. Delivery periods, penalty for delay, tax deductions and replacement of substandard goods shall apply.
