Hospital Medicines Supplies Essential Items Tender Notice
Description
Sealed quotations and tenders are invited for local purchase of medicines, supply of stationery and printing items, ORD store items, spare parts and repair of vehicles, firewood and LPG for hospital wards, miscellaneous items and diet for indoor patients for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted in accordance with GB-PPRA Rules. Bidders shall submit the prescribed refundable CDR as bid security according to each category. Firms supplying medicines must possess a valid drug sale licence and maintain a functional medical store while separate rate lists for national and multinational pharmaceutical companies are required. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. Pro Tip: This procurement includes medicines, pharmaceuticals, hospital consumables, stationery, vehicle maintenance, fuel supplies, dietary services and general hospital procurement.
