Laboratory Chemicals Medical Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Electronic bids are invited on FOR basis under a framework contract for procurement of laboratory chemicals, reagents, rapid test kits, laboratory equipment and related items for the financial year 2026-2027. Eligible firms, importers, manufacturers, wholesale dealers and general order suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be submitted electronically as prescribed in the bidding documents. Hard copies of bids are not required. Bid validity shall remain 180 days and bids shall be opened electronically on the scheduled date. Pro Tip: This procurement includes laboratory chemicals, diagnostic reagents, rapid test kits, laboratory equipment, medical laboratory supplies and healthcare consumables.
