Laboratory Kits And Reagents On Rental Basis Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of laboratory kits and reagents for fully automated chemistry analyzers and immunoassay analyzers on reagent rental basis for a period of three years with delivery to the consignee. Detailed specifications and quantities are provided in the bidding documents. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically in PDF format. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders shall not be opened. Electronic bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory and no physical financial instruments shall be accepted. Bid validity shall remain 180 days. Brand names and generic names shall be quoted and hard copies are not required. Corrupt or unreadable electronic bids shall be rejected. In case of a public holiday, bid opening shall take place on the next working day.
