Framework Contract For Clinical Laboratory Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for supply of clinical laboratory supplies including rapid diagnostic kits and devices - clinical laboratory items such as vials, racks and cups - clinical laboratory reagents for chemistry analyzer - HbA1c testing reagents for HbA1c analyzer - hematology test reagents for hematology analyzer. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Framework rate contracts shall support routine hospital requirements on daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly demand subject to budget availability. Bidders must possess valid NTN, GST, PST, Professional Tax registration, active taxpayer status, no blacklisting record and legal authorization to conduct business in Punjab. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 20-07-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids shall be submitted electronically with the prescribed bid security and evaluated on lot-wise cumulative prices. Each bidder must quote all items within the selected lot or the bid shall be rejected.
