Stationery Maintenance Office Support Services Tender Notice
Description
Supply of office stationery, miscellaneous items, mineral water, pictorial accessories and related office support services including repair of machinery and equipment, repair of computers and scanners, repair of furniture, maintenance of generators and renovation of office building on need basis for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Eligible firms must have operational offices in major cities including Islamabad, be registered with FBR, listed on the Active Taxpayer List for Income Tax and Sales Tax, registered on PPRA e-PADS, possess NTN, GST and AGPR vendor number, and provide stationery samples where required. Bids shall be submitted only through e-PADS. Security deposit of 5% of the quoted price in the form of Pay Order is required. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted. Supplies shall be delivered within five days and renovation or repair work completed within fifteen days of work order. Bid opening is scheduled at 11:30 AM.
