Repair Maintenance Works Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Execute repair and maintenance works through the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Tender documents shall be issued only to scrutinized contractors having sufficient relevant experience. Applications shall include complete credentials. Eligible applicants include firms or contractors on the approved MES Contractors List D or government departments with relevant experience. Contractors shall provide valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration certificate, bank statement, GST certificate, NTN certificate and a certificate confirming they are not involved in litigation with any government department and that no adverse inspection report is outstanding. Bid opening will take place at 12:00 PM. Bid security of 149,999.00 is required and bid validity shall remain 15 days. Pro Tip: This procurement covers repair works, maintenance services, facility maintenance, engineering maintenance, civil repairs and institutional infrastructure upkeep.
