Medical Laboratory Transport Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for transportation of medicines and other supplies, purchase of vehicle spare parts, vehicle repair services, repair of machinery and equipment, supply of laboratory chemicals, dental materials, bedding and clothing, petty repair of buildings and supply and transportation of oxygen gas cylinder filling for the financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited from reputable firms registered with KPRA, EPADS, Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidding documents, specifications and requirements are available through the EPADS portal. Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost for each item in the form of Call Deposit Receipt in favour of the District Health Officer Chitral Upper shall be submitted before the deadline. Supplies shall be delivered on FOR basis to the District Health Office main store. Local supplies shall be completed within 30 days and imported supplies within 90 days of the supply order, failing which penalties shall apply under KPPRA Rules. Rates shall remain valid until 30-06-2027. Suppliers shall replace substandard items and applicable taxes shall be deducted according to government rules. The competent authority reserves the right to reject one or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
