Development Scheme For Independence Day Celebration Arrangem Tender Notice
Description
Execution of development work for arrangement of Independence Day 2026 celebrations under the Annual Development Program 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope electronic bidding. Contractors registered with the Punjab E-Procurement System and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant categories and codes are eligible to participate. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs.473,600 is required. Bids will be opened at 12:30 p.m. on the opening date. Conditional bids shall not be entertained and selection shall be based on the least cost method. Additional performance security shall be required where quoted rates exceed the prescribed threshold below the estimated cost. Pro Tip: This procurement relates to civil development works, public infrastructure, event-related development works, construction activities and associated contracting services under the Annual Development Program through electronic procurement procedures.
